Good syringes overall, with room for improvement

These do the job for TRT. The oil-based medication draws and injects slowly but easily through the 27g needle. There is a pinch during insertion most of the time. Shipping is quick.

My suggestions for improvement:
1) a full circular flange instead of the two little tabs at the top of the syringe barrel would make it easier to hold

2) Less sticky plunger motion. The sticky plunger motion makes it harder to inject, which leads to side loading when injecting one handed, the side loading increases pain

3) A dome shape to the plunger and chamber would center the air bubbles for easier removal. As is I have to tip the syringe like a marble maze game to get the bubbles out sometimes.

4) a sharper needle, 5-bevel or otherwise, to reduce the slight pinch I feel on most shots.
It probably gets dulled from going through stoppers. Maybe a harder steel grade would work better?
