Customer service never responds

Tried to stop my subscription and cancel an order. Emailed customer service multiple times. They shipped the wrong order and do not respond. I emailed them multiple times. Shady.

Easy Touch Alternative

I looked for other pen needle options, when insurance is paying less and less. I was used to using Novofine Plus and BD Nano 2nd Generation, but pricing has become crazy. How pleased I am to find Easy Touch Safety needles available in my preferred 32G 4MM size. They shipped quickly and received in good condition. Cost me less than half what my insurance was charging. I use one pen needle per day and sometimes I have to use two. Thank you diaTHOR.

Poor customer service

I contacted your CS about a week and half ago and no one has responded to it. I inadvertently ordered the wrong syringes and still have unopened boxes that I would like to exchange for the correct ones.

These are a good, economical option to BD Nano. I've tried several different brands and found these generally painless. They fasten securely to the pens and shipping is fairly rapid. I would recommend.
